Returns, Warranty, & Cancellations

RETURNS: Southern Bullets accepts returns on all kydex products within 30 days of delivered shipment.  All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee due to the unique custom prints and handmade nature of the items.   All returns accepted will be issued within 3-5 business days after receiving the item and are less all original shipping costs.  *All sales are final on custom requests/orders 

WARRANTY: Southern Bullets stands behind our products & offers a limited 1 year warranty on all our kydex products. All products are required to be sent back to access damage, fix or replace.  If we can not fix said products we will either replace them or offer store credit for equal value. (Shipping not included) 

Examples of situations not covered under warranty: 1. Lack of gear maintenance (loosing a screw etc.) 2. Leaving your kydex in a hot car or high heat area!  It is a thermoplastic and made to shape in high heat! Please contact us for any questions regarding warranty claims.   

CANCELLATIONS:  Due to recent changes to our service agreement from our website host, all cancellations will have a 10% Service fee. We will charge a 20% restocking fee for orders that have begun production or completed. Some orders are subjected to additional fees in the case of ordering material(s) or in some cases, certain mold(s) for that order.  Please email us for and cancelation requests.
